Organization & Bylaws
Elections will be held during the September 17th meeting
Officers - Hold position for 1 year
- President/ Vice President
- Job - Run the meeting, write/coordinate the agenda for each meeting, check in with the chairs to make sure things are getting done and providing assistance if needed.
- Can be a coordinator, but only of 1 thing.
- Treasurer/Vice Treasurer (Co-treasurers?)
- In charge of the money, in charge of knowing what the bills are and making sure they get paid - monthly report
- Secretary
- In charge of minutes and maintaining the website
- Social Media - Could be a separate person
- Facebook meeting posts
- CommitteesÂ
- Garden Tour Chair - In charge of the committee
- Plant Sale Coordinator
- Speaker Coordinator - The person in charge of scheduling the topics of the meetings, being in contact with the speakers, making sure we have what they need. Does not need to find all the speakers, but anyone who speaks should go through that person.
- Field Trip Coordinator
- Charity/Outreach Coordinator
