Lansdale Garden Club

Mission

At Lansdale Garden Club, we wish to build an educational and social community linked by the love of plants and gardening. Our mission is to provide a safe place to learn and share knowledge of plants and gardens, and to build a community of plant enthusiasts.

We meet on the third Tuesday of the month at the Wissahickon Park Building and are opened to everyone. Our club has no membership fee and there is no cost to come to a meeting or participate in our discussion and workshops. Though we may ask for donations to provide a stipend and offset the cost for our presenters.

In the summer we sponsor the Lansdale Garden tour. This tour highlights our community's gardens. It is a unique tour which shows the work of local gardeners, churches and businesses. In the early summer the tour features ornamental gardens and in the late summer the tour features vegetable gardens and native plants.
